New Everton Stadium

• A query was raised about what would happen to the current statues, Goodison Granites and war memorial / gates at Goodison Park. Colin confirmed the plan is that they will remain in place as a permanent reminder of Everton, the players who represented the Club and the fans that support(ed) the Blues. These features will be retained as part of the Goodison Legacy development.

Are you viewing the same clip as me, this is the screenshot Jun 23 and there are no cantilevers on the west or east stand, the barrel roof on the west is only partially complete which makes up for the lack of the sections on the east.
South stand roof has far fewer steels and north stand has no terrace 🤷🏻‍♂️
Yes, ok i see your point. Time will tell i guess. 😀

Scott explained how this will be powered by cutting edge wi-fi and mobile network infrastructure that will be active across the entire stadium footprint.

Stadium wi-fi finally!!!

It'll likely be 5G connectivity with their own network provision. They can install their own MIMO recievers to handle the calls and pass them onto the backbone. Their is a fairly comprehensive fibre circular in Liverpool that utilises the underground rail network. There is also a 5g mast operational already not from from the site.
Issue with 4g currently is that it just can't hack the volume. That's why some will get on, most won't. If you increase capacity the data tarndmsfers can happen. 5g allows that. MIMO can handle 5k connections at any one time. Get 20-30+ of this in and around the stadium (lots of iot will be connected as well) and you'll get much more stable connections.
Don't forget Megafon are a telecoms company owned by USM.
