when installing a lift, do you start at the bottom and go up or at the top and go down?Just a small update he first of the 26 lifts are starting to go in today
The lift shafts are generally the first things you see, with the main buildings being constructed around them. Fascinating things.when installing a lift, do you start at the bottom and go up or at the top and go down?

They will want so many in as quick as possible to start moving things around to the required floors , we did this at the New royal when it was finished they had to replace about 6 lifts as they were smashed to pieces more holes in then than DBB's headlock taleThat was my understanding as well.
It also costs more money to build, money that is wasted when you dont get capacity every week, money that has to be made up with increased ticket prices. There's this notion that stadiums have to be sold out.
There are ways to reduce the capacity of a stadium so that you don't have lower league style banks of empty seats. Covid showed one of those ways with the huge coverings. The point of a bigger stadium is two fold. One that the current target is no where near enough and two to have the spare capacity should we have big demand games in the future.
More seats doesn't equal worser ground. Do you think if there was another tier on the east and west stands that it would suddenly be like West Ham's stadium or the Emirates?

You would if you had a 65k seater Stadium and only 52k fans every week.Of course it would cost more. However I don't subscribe to more seats = more cost = higher prices. More seats means more income / revenue. You wouldn't have to over inflate ticket prices.

Emptyhad? You sound like an internet fan who has never you've never been to game in your life tbh
People crying out for a huge stadium are obviously oblivious to the hikes in the cost of living.
If things get much worse (and they can) we will soon see a drop in attendances across all football.
Yes the potential of our support is there with season ticket waiting lists etc but who can predict 10 or 15 years from now.
We know all about the massive attendances post war, but just take a look at how they dropped in the 70's/80's despite arguably better football.
People have opinions. I have never thought 52/53,000 was enough.
Don't be a idiot saying people who hold that opinion don't know there is a cost of living crisis. I'm one that can't afford to go to the match. I was also someone going to watch Everton in the 80's and 90's when the attendances were 20,000 and below.
I get there is cost to all of this and If we had a club that was run properly I don't think it would have been a problem. But we're a budget club hence smaller stadium.
Sorry. Tiger got out of the cage. Now Now,Kind Sir.
