What's with this strip between the brick panels. Looks sh!t like that so hope it's either being covered or removed whatever it is.

I think the panels look smart tbf. Nice contrast to the brick. They're anodised aluminium so should stand up to the weather ok.

Nah, they've binned off the idea of having a dock inside and are sticking with the traditional pitch, although they do plan to flood it and play water polo instead on derby day

Not sure it does. I think it's a decorative feature which lines up with the gaps in the aluminium panels.

Nothing specific but there’s lots to focus on going forward isnt there without retracing steps from the last 15-20 years about alternative sites and redevelopment opportunities? I’m surprised there hasn’t been a debate about the alternative proposed site available when Everton moved from Anfield Rd!

Think you need to read back.... it was others who started retracing the past and sometimes being quite revisionist about it too. I merely responded to those who still feel the need to quote the Kenwright/Wyness/Elstone propaganda about redevelopment for some strange reason.
