You don't have to go in it Matty until we get a decent team, it's a personal choice and no one is forcing you to go.
you bell lol*reported
That's 3 miles from BMD, and nearly 5 miles from Goodison if so.Looks like Bidston Hill to me, but definitely the 'other' side.
52k is fine, not sure why some keep going on about expansion, we’re hardly going to win anything in the next couple of years and with our ageing fan base, demand isn’t going to increase that much
Yeah must be, I was looking at the photo for ages trying to grasp the angle of the shot thinking “hang on, where the hell have all those houses come from…?!” Deffo wasn’t taken with an iPhone that’s for sure. That must be a picture from Wallasey, right?
Heck of a lens on that camera. It's like the Mersey isn't even there.

From what I understand, the seats aren’t locked up in safe standing areas in England, so there would be no physical setting required to be made to the seats that are going in.Anyone know if the stadium will open with safe standing from the off?
Or will it be introduced at a later date?

I believe they are doing layers of insulation to keep noise in and are up to a plastic cover stage, there should be another layer over the top of it.Excellent video
The feature of the build that's looking amazing is the roof. People will talk about it's beauty for years to come.
Does anyone know why it's covered in plastic at one end though?
I love how perforations let light through, it'll look fantastic at night. Translucent parts of stadiums don't age well usually (the bits of Wembley look quite yellow now) but I expect due to the use of aluminium it'll look as good as on day one for all time
