Just look at the postcode formatting ffs. That's the exec assistant of a major investment group stuffing the formating up on what I guess is supposed to be a £700m Letter of Intent.

Happens all the time that, a manager director writes a letter of intent and spells his own name wrong.

Haven't bothered to check but apparently even the managing director's family name is spelt wrongly on the bottom of the letter

Kopites are really dreading us getting a dockside stadium.
I think we might just see a mass harakiri if it does come off.

Its true this, I had them rolling on the floor laughing at me when I said we were interested in Koeman, then ping STFU, that along with Moshiri coming in and now this talk of going the docks they are rather worried, add the main two managers in the world down the other end of the M62 while they are missing out on Europe its a grim time for them.

Actually when the Kings dock debate was happening, there was a very sizeable part of the fan base that didn't want to move.........

Yeah I recall that, I hope if this docks ground is starting to look a real possibility we don't waste time with votes and just do it, no messing about this time wasting time and money.

From snippets I hear the stadium design process is fairly advanced.

From different sources I hear there are stadium models and detailed drawings drawn up.

I work in the construction industry and we employ a separate design team. Was speaking to one of their top men (who happens to be a blue) and he let slip that his company are currently working on the design. Said he would try and get hold of some of the drawings.

When they"ve finished rebuilding Anfield and making full use of the revenue streams it'll be worth double what your quoting mate .

Thats why Henry & Lerner have rebuffed the Arabs on a couple of occasions and wont be selling any time soon.

But these *removed* are talking of a new stadium on the waterfront (stole the idea from us) and ditching Anfield. So where is the value inAnfield it will just be a building plot. Oh I know convert to flats like highbury. Now would you buy a flat in a converted Anfield in L4?

BTW whoever the buyers would be say Arab then they can sit in Anfield all day as far as I am concerned because it would not hold a candle to a stadium on the waterfront.
