I've only ever been to the Echo arena once, as it doesn't really cater to the kind of music I like very often.

But when I did go I really liked it, It feels intimate for an arena, you never feel miles away from the stage.

Plus you can get 2 pint cups of Cobra which did me in pretty quick.

On the stadium designs I've had them described to me by a couple of people independently as "amazing, futuristic and incredible"

Is it known whether the design that leaked a little while back is still on the cards, Esk?

I'd like to have seen more renderings of this, especially inside.

Nice design but surely the pitch would have to be sunken below street level based on the height of that exterior? Stands look way too small if not

I'm still not keen on this one. Just looks like a minor variation on the Spurs design and myriad other unadventurous mid range stadium designs.

I want to see something extraordinary, something that will astound observers and make a real impact on the world. Something outlandish that will give you a buzz every time you approach it. Like the Montreal Olympic stadium, despite it costing a collosal amount of dollar, it still looks fantastic. Engineering techniques and construction technology has made huge advances in the 40 years since it was built, I'm certain a sleek building like this would be achievable.

That's the first time I have seen that proposed look of a new stadium. Looks good,

although I would be happy with the original kings dock design being used maybe a few changes so it has Moshiri's stamp on it.

The kings dock design looks dated now. It's that big shiny roof, it's naff.

Even putting some cladding on Goodison was more than Bill Kenwright ever did.

Indeed. I'd really like to see a stone facade to fit in with the 3 graces. They've never dated.
