I was previously all for a waterfront stadium but if the site is definitely Bramley Moore dock then im not as enthused as I was.

Very expensive apartment blocks, offices and leisure facilities were / are envisioned just a few hundred yards from this water treatment place. Would Peel not have thought about this and had plans in mind to remove and relocate it? We drove down there last week and it did really stink, I didn't realise it was a sewage farm. It would deffo have to go.

Its only just had £200m spent on upgrading it. I very much doubt its going anywhere.
