I’m not especially enamoured of them as an organisation, but our stadium will mostly certainly make Nelson Dock a more attractive prospect even if Peel just sit on their hands and wait for enquiries.Hope your optimism is well placed. Personally, I wouldn't trust Peel to organise an orgy in a knocking shop.
Not on the section they're laying. Everton way is on the opposite side of the columns.Looks like granite is being placed outside the South stand. Whether these are the stones with the names on ?
That appears so from that picture....but didn't the club subsequently sell extra stones ?Not on the section they're laying. Everton way is on the opposite side of the columns.

They did but as far as I'm aware they've just widened it. Plenty of room to do so, and stretch it southward towards the dock. That appears so from that picture....but didn't the club subsequently sell extra stones ?
Why are the Everton letters not perfectly aligned with the centre line of the stadium? This is somewhat upsetting. They did but as far as I'm aware they've just widened it. Plenty of room to do so, and stretch it southward towards the dock.
Wouldn't make sense laying them beneath the stand.

Everton Stadium looking magnificent last night
Thanks for pointing that out, I feel dizzy and restless looking at it now haha. Why are the Everton letters not perfectly aligned with the centre line of the stadium? This is somewhat upsetting.
Peel will carry on as they always have and just sit on the land until a developer comes along, can't see them changing tune and outting their own money in.We don't own the land and as soon as the stadium is open, there will be a lot of desire from Peel to develop Nelson Dock. Just think of the businesses queuing up to be next door.

Imagine the areas directly outside of the ground and towards Ten Streets area will develop quicker, going to be a massive change in the city there iver the next decade
