Be amazing if it had the same roof design as the millenium stadium,imagine games at night with the roof on,be the best atmosphere in England bar none.

The price of steel is down,buy it in bulk from the Chinese and it will be cost effective and do it to 60000-70000.

Build it and they will come.

55k is still a big stadium and I would imagine that Moshiri's focus would be as much on integrating the very best corporate hospitability facilities that he can, driving our revenues higher.

I think 60,000 would be perfect seen as most teams are aiming around that ball park now, that would include between 5-7,000 corporate seats. That's already more than half sold out now with season tickets alone on the back of the worst home record in our clubs history. Now imagine an Everton with money to spend, top players that are challenging for trophies and a club that's clearly going places whose fans have been starved of success, build it and we will come.

The Emirates is only 60,000 and that's with a huge amount of corporate seating.

55,000 in a city the size of Liverpool's makes sense.

The best ground is about far more than capacity, give me the Emirates over Wembley any day.

70,000 would not make good business sense, I would argue even 60,000 is too much. A ground with lots of empty seats is not a good look and the cost of construction rises rapidly when you get to those sort of capacities.

Only need 55k to begin with, and have the ability to expand by an extra 5 or 10k down the line
