Why is the final construction a two tier stand compared to that template?
That was an original render for the 62k version mate.
The South stand will still be steeper and higher than the Kop but that's an old version that Meis shown

Can't remember the reason now. Sure it still similarly dwarves the kop in steepness and size though.
See my message I've just posted mate regarding that being an old initial design for the 62k version.
Edit - it has a riser in the middle now as the lower tier is standing and the upper is seating. That's why it now looks like a 2 tier stand.
