probably not mate !!So, once you've attended, you will never be back again?
Good rant Matty, my thoughts exactly, we'd fill 60k, the queue of thousands for season tickets is not made up plus it will be an attraction for visitors to the city and the away allocation could be increased.
I can see slightly where they were coming from for a cost pov but would it have been that much different? and surely it would pay for itself in a reasonable time when you factor in increased ticket prices, gigs etc.
As much as I like BMD I feel we sold ourselves short with a 52k capacity.
That's a shame. Again, can't please all I guess. Hopefully you will come round one day and admire it for what it really isprobably not mate !!
Not now we've got new backing, not having foresight is one of the reasons we have an annual relegation battle.Yes, it would have been significantly different. And bear in mind the 53k build has almost crippled us financially.

We should have gone for broke, it was always going to be covered one way or another. The money in the EPL is obscene. But we haven't got new backing yet, have we? The fact is we've struggled and had to get high interest loans to keep us going day to day and to help pay for a 53k stadium. We couldn't afford 60k.
Very interesting.Liverpool have had lower attendances than that for Caraboa games. Certainly Pre Klopp.
It was £5 for a kids ticket at the Theme park against West Ham in the week and it wasn’t sold out.
Would make a great programme cover that.
Seriously it looks magnificent there and should look even better when fully completed.
Not sure how we can maximise the appeal to a wider audience but surely some smart-ass marketing people can help with that.
It has to become more than just a nice stadium and an asset for us. Make it a place where people want to see and experience.
