Be very ironic and equally unlikely that JP Morgan would take naming rights.

Moshiri engaged both them and MUFG to source commercial lending for the development and they couldn't drum up any interest.

We are not going to have some blue-chip multinational getting the rights with our comparatively low profile. Unless Friedkin can pull something out of the hat but I expect not in the short-term

I'd consider postponing awarding rights for another year or so or more to allow a more positive vibe and better publicity around the club and improved results.

The concern is committing to a multi year deal when we are not in a position to maximise returns. But it's a hard call and tough to make that decision.

If we can leave it a year, we'l hopefully be able to offer European and wider exposure due to the Euros in '28.

Game changer seeing it IRL isn’t it, was in awe
Yep it really is . I regularly have a stroll up passed it and it’s a site to behold , I really don’t care what anybody else says .

Looks brilliant from the Wirral , the ferry and a that ginos sky bar .of course You need something in there to distract you whilst you’re waiting for the crap service to finally get to your bevy .

Think we need to remember while Everton’s star isn’t shining quite so brightly atm nationally, the EPL is a Global monster, watched by 3.2 billion across 188 countries.
Add to that Friedkins personal wealth and Friedkin Groups revenues and business interests I’d be more suprised if he couldn’t pull something out of the hat (if not had something lined up already)
