Why include a checkbox without a submit button? This creates a confusing user experience since a checkbox without submission doesn’t serve a clear purpose. It’s easy to assume the selection would stay checked, but that’s not the case either. So it's just there for the sake of it?

1. I wouldn't have thought so as the lights on the roof rather are stationary.

2. They may be able to tilt and they should be able to play with the focus so they do not concentrate such a strong colour in a small area, but it is a big tall curve on the roof and they will not be able to cover the top, probably not half way up. As you can see from the image below, when you see the full height of the roof and the pole length.

Even that would be an improvement on the gas jet effect that's in place right now.
