The steepness of the stands as well mate, especially the South Stand and upper decks.

Just a thought that occurred to me, but does every Evertonian deserve the new stadium? I don't mean its dependent on attendance or anything like that, but there are certain individuals who have done nothing but pour cold water on the whole project since the start. You know the ones, we should have stayed at Goodison and redeveloped, BMD won't get through planning, they've run out of money, it's too big/too small, transport issues, season ticket distribution is unfair, there aren't enough entrances, it will stink from the plant next door etc etc. I know some healthy debate is needed but I honestly know some people who literally have complained and moaned about EVERYTHING. I don't care how good a supporter these people are, just do us a favour and stay away. Rant over.
That's the current design above, there is an overlay showing how tall the back row would have been in the 60k variant:

Bear in mind it’s not a full size pitch as one wouldn’t fit (apparently)I said this last night. Now the pitch is on its a little bit easier to see the scale of it
That’s a good point ….they should ask away fans of their best memories of Goodison - the tributes would flood in “I remember winning the title there in xx with xxxx”I genuinly think other fans have better momories as a visiting team, than we do.
United lifted the title here.
The RS had many many many victories here.
Even Bolton fans have one their best every memories at the place, Tranmere too.
I just remember fume, anger, tears and booing.
Its so sad, but for all the other reasons people have posted about times with kids, dads, uncles, grandads - I also have those too.
Bear in mind it’s not a full size pitch as one wouldn’t fit (apparently)

Every time I click on this thread I expect another drone video.
More drones flying over BMD than Ukraine.
Looking absolutely spectacular. There’s going to be some unreal TV drone footage for night games.
Imagine that alive with 50,000 Evertonians.
Pure cinema.
I'll be honest... I'm going to miss 2-tier stands more than 8 or 9,000 extra seats. I know goodison is crap and there's only about 5,000 seats with a decent view, but I don't think we'll ever see an atmosphere like goodison at the new place (I also think that's just the way the modern game is going. Goodison has hardly been a bear pit of late). There's just something magical about having what looks like a vertical wall of angry evertonians.View attachment 281940
I know this is old news and an old photo from 2018 but it don't half show what could have been. Dispelling any of the doubters that the stadium capacity was originally going to be bigger. Shame on Elstone and co.
Aren’t these a bit contradictory given the new south stand?I'll be honest... I'm going to miss 2-tier stands more than 8 or 9,000 extra seats.
