The club have now released details of the accessibility / wheel chair seating around BMD
279 wheelchair positions (226 standard bays and 53 premium bays)
676 amenity seats (366 accessed by fewer than 7 steps and 310 with more than 7 steps but located close to vomitory openings).

Assuming that the 'amenity' seats are already included in the available capacity stand totals.
That now brings the the count of available Capacity to:
North Stand 8,746
East Stand 11,841
Accessibility 279
Total available Capacity to 20,866

We can add 13k from the South stand taking it to 36,566 and around 11k for West taking it to 47-48k and the rest is all the swanky seats

Good point would like to think they have designed something in the away section to divide/split in half if not taking full allocation whether that would be possible to add netting to seats etc. As they would also have to factor in away section for larger allocation in cup games. To keep some sections nearby as only available to members or general sale.

Do think the club have gone slightly OTT with baby changing areas, 95 seems excessive, even the toilets look like a crazy amount. Surely could have used a few of the areas to serve more food and drink kiosks.

Goodison clearly lacks enough toilets, BMD defo won’t. Suppose less time peeing and more time drinking

Love the stadium, think it's amazing. Only thing I can find that I think it's a bit of a shame is the blue circled part. Would look even better if that belonged to BMD and got the same face lift/renovation.
