Best to do at the last possible opportunity to ensure that it's not damaged further by ongoing works.

Last thing they want is to do it more than once or to pull off site and then have to come back and do it.

As long as the takeover happens, our debt is mostly being wiped out. Most of our players are out of contract anyhow and the stadium will be online to cover some of the losses in income.

It was last year it would have killed us.

Is debt simply being switched to TFG ?
Can they not charge interest on it ?
I think recent City case might mean any friendly debt has to be on commercial terms.

If we go down, I doubt there would be a stadium sponsorship deal. Everything will be dependant on being in the Premier League.

Well it can't clear last years. It can only take effect from when a deal is struck.

They can choose to convert some to all of their own 200m plus debt to equity when closing the transaction which would effectively write it off. The remaining loans to Bill’s old friends, while smaller, are still there and for now look like
remaining an ongoing expense.

With the Main stands/areas now confirmed (see below) does anyone know if the Club will be releasing videos or details on the official away and hospitality capacities and areas in general?
My assumption is 3k for away so that would take us to approx. 47,345 so if the overall capacity is still 52,888 then that leaves 5,543 for the hospitality seats?
