New Everton Stadium

Tbh it looks bleeding incredible from any of the seats/sections/stands I’ve put in, just incredible.

That “club” thing has peed on me chips a little, was thinking about that middle section of the east, but I’m sure I’ll find somewhere cool.

Just a question on price now, hope they don’t cost us an arm and a leg to get.

I wonder then if it's just something you can add to your season ticket if you sit there, that then gives you access to another part of the ground? So effectively you'd be sitting alongside normal season ticket holders but you'd be able to access an exclusive area as well as the normal concourse?
I thought that at first. But it would not make sense as if you sit in that 300 section you are basically accessing the private concourse and the club view area. So I've decided £1200 is including the ST and will go on sale in January to current ST holders and maybe waitlist until it sells out.

The way I read it, that cost was on top of the season ticket.

Could see the starting price for Season Tickets being about a grand. There's a 30k waiting list full of people who'll pay to get in.
Would not make any sense at around £2200 as that is more expensive than the cheapest hospitality offerings that got sold initially to the general public. I'm pretty sure £1200 includes your seat after reading into it more.

Yeah I think it will be on top of the season ticket price. It's the fact they're calling it a membership and the website specifically states...

That definitely sounds like it's an 'add-on'.
It's been poorly worded. All the hospitalistbstuff has been sold as seasonal 'memberships' and it all includes a ST.

Even the cheap seats have cup holders.

Am I the only one that doesn’t think the £1200 is that bad value?
If we expect the average season ticket to be around £800 then it works out around £20 more per game. But that’s for seats with one of the best views, £10 bar tab, a programme and exclusive area.
It would be £900 for me, £190 to spend behind the bar - £710 , £37.36 per game.

Put it this way, £1200 / 19 = £63 a game (£53 if taking the bar voucher into account). For a prime seat, top facilities and extra benefits.

Currently at Goodison, they’re charging £55 (£60 for “cat A”) a game (on a match by match basis), to sit in horrifically restricted view seats (plus the £35 a year for the Official Membership for the privilege).

So in that context, it’s great value 😄
