I would have thought they would have taken this into account Dave so I wouldn’t stress unless they make them completely unaffordable which would be counterproductive to building a new stadium when Evertonians can’t sit in

It's been done to death on here, i'm 100% convinced it won't block anyone's view, even more so now these virtual views are available. Some others would disagree.

That away end though is 100% obstructed views mate, me and the binman posted some pics before. They're definitely going to have to do something about that or cordon off some seats that are obstructed.

Yeah it does look questionable. To be fair, I always thought it was all standing in the away end but that's only the lower.

I'm quite frankly amazed they've even put seats there if the view is restricted.

Only Club View at £1200 but not immediately clear if that is including a season ticket or on top of. Hopefully including.

The way I read it, that cost was on top of the season ticket.

Could see the starting price for Season Tickets being about a grand. There's a 30k waiting list full of people who'll pay to get in.

It's such a bad design flaw. It looked bad from the outset but in the end I assume that'll get sorted/seats removed or something, but that's going to need sorting pronto beciase you cant sell it as "there's not a bad seat in the house...except for in the away end"!

They'll use them, some teams won't bring the full allocation and that upper part will be empty. For the ones that bring everyone they can see enough of the pitch to not worry about it, they'll stand also to help.

Yeah I think it will be on top of the season ticket price. It's the fact they're calling it a membership and the website specifically states...

Club View membership will go on sale as an option to Season Ticket Members in January 2025, with membership priced at £1,200 per person.

That definitely sounds like it's an 'add-on'.

They were meant to be openings so you could view the undercroft from above and they would also let daylight in but they've been removed from the scheme.

Not sure why they didn't chamfer the corner off on the upstand, cut it back at 45 degrees. Would have had very little impact on the platform and would have opened the view up.

Not only would it likely have resolved any visibility issue (or at the very least massively improved it), they'd also have been able to add in a few extra seats as losing the corner would have created some additional space.

Luckily the biggest walls are well away from the AWAY end so no chance our Red Brethren can do any wall pushing
