Yes not too bad. Also, I'm expecting a better class of fan in there too. Keep out the riff raffThanks mate. Interesting that. Includes £10 food/drink credit per game (so there's £180 straight away) with a free match programme

That may make my mind up then. That's a bit disappointing. That whole section of the East Stand Upper will be 'Club View'.
That means almost the entirety of both East and West Stands along the centre are effectively hospitality. I think only some of the east lower will be General Access available to Season Ticket holders but they will be very limited and will be the first to go.

Yup, the idea this stadium will not sell out is for the birds. There will be plenty of non-locals ready to take the seats of disaffected locals. In some ways, this is not a bad thing. In the Kenwright years of decline, pricing was critical because Kenwright was never going to give us a side worthy of the prices charged at other similar-sized clubs. That meant ticket prices were elastic. We wouldn't attract enough tourists because our team was not attractive. The same, of course, will apply to the Friedkins if they fail to deliver an attractive proposition - but the difference is they are clearly willing and able to spend money. Blue gravel, sentimental reflections, and good times won't cut it for these guys - and they'll know that if they want to charge a more realistic price for Premier League tickets. Which they will.People would have been saying the same thing when it went to, £300 then 400 and so on. If it's important they will free up the money, until one day it's not worth the hassle and someone takes your spot.
I sit in the paddock near the half way line. I've got absolutely ZERO chance of getting a seat similar to where i sit now because i don't have anywhere near 23+ years tenure. My fall back position was East Upper where they've now stuck 'Club View'.That may make my mind up then.

I go with my dad and brother but they both have 23+year tenures. I had a season ticket with them when i was younger but that was mostly before 2002 which doesn't count. I then gave it up and got one back when I was older. By fluke i managed to get the exact same seat i used to have but one row further forward so pretty much sit with them.I had one there when I was a kid. Loved it.

I wouldn't dream of asking them to wait for me so was just hoping to get a seat as close to them as i could. Given how few General Access seats there are in the East Lower i think i'll probably struggle.

Didn't someone say there were something like 2700 seats for Club View? Looks to be about 4-5000 seats in that section you've highlighted.
