a fast walk is generally 3 to 3 1/2 mph, a fit person can do 4mph for a short period depending on their fitness etc.My Apple Maps think from lime street to BMD is 42 mins , do fans out there at an avg speed that’s about right?

I wouldn’t fancy a 40 minute walk on a cold wet nightI mean fairly obviously it just depends how fast you walk. I can do it in 20 pretty easily, if i'm walking with my dad who's a pensioner it'd be more like 40.
Liverpool city centre is completely log jammed, re traffic.
Best to take a nice 15 minute walk from James Street Station.
Google suggests it is 34 minutes. I don't know anyone who could walk it in 15 minutes.
Depends on the individual (obviously), but I can give a definitive on this.I mean fairly obviously it just depends how fast you walk. I can do it in 20 pretty easily, if i'm walking with my dad who's a pensioner it'd be more like 40.
From Lime Street probably so.
I'm an oldie, and have walked it , from James Street station, a few time this year.
Never more than 15 minutes.
I suspect most will access via Sandhills station, literally a 5 minute walk from there.
Moorfields (Old Hall Street exit) is probably no more than a 20 minute walk.
Unless you’re a big fat whale who needs to stop for a breather and a sausage roll every two minutes

Like I said, it just depends how fast you walk! If it takes you 40 minutes it takes you 40 minutes, how long it takes me is neither here nor there is it?Serious suggestion. For all those people suggesting the new ground is a far shorter walk from the city centre etc than I have found it to be, would someone please film themselves on their phone and post it on Youtube. As I said earlier, Mr Nick Drone posted one of his videos back in the summer and he was surprised at how much longer the walk was than he thought it was. He looks a couple of decades younger than me and in better shape. Just saying.
