Went to book seats in 012, and everything was showing grey - sold out
Refreshed a few times, but still showed grey

Booked seats on the opposite side

Then just went back on and showing loads of seats in 012

What are the chances of changing them

Exactly this. Done my homework and knew what seats to go for. Had them selected but wouldnt allow me to check out. By the time i refreshed aeats gone . Gone two rows above now so not bad.

There was no option for physical card. Interesting there was no option of auto cup scheme.. but that maybe because im going for club view and its not very clear if cup games are included in the price..?!

Little tip, in the top right you can select quntity, move that to two before selecting a seat. It will automatically assign the seat next to you to you aswel to add into basket.

Thought that was only me!! Was a really crap map to select seats, only available in portait as well.

4 of us in block 321. Even though i was trying for block 322

I' didn't go for Club View but I did look into it. Cup games are not included in the price .

Thanks mate, so up against that South stand wall is the view still decent?

Unless you're 3ft tall then you won't have any issues. The gradient is so much steeper than it looks from pitch level

Thinking about it, I reckon what has happened is that they've had a staff pur have period prior to 10am, and it has overlapped somehow with the time we were allowed on. Staff must've been able to buy theirs plus 1 early. That would explain why hundreds of the best seats in the area I was interested in had gone by 10:01. The system must have confused some of us really early birds with them.in the system and duly messed us about cause our restrictions didn't match their restrictions for purchase, hence the inability to make the purchase and losing the seats we wanted.

Still pretty raw about it tbh. Though I won't put the blame at Evertons door, this is entirely on Ticketmaster.

Staff could be something as simple as academy players who are 10-11 get offered the chance of getting a ticket, and being at such a young age they are aloud a parent/guardian ticket.

I know back in the day you used to get 2 x season tickets if you were in the youth team, but that's dating back to about 2004 now.

Very much doubt the Saturday Staff at Everton 2 are hawking up tickets to sell them on the black market, and even if they are, they are employee's of the club, some perks should come with that.

I spoke to a guy who's mum seemed to be associated with Everton at the match on Thursday. We were discussing were to sit and I was surprised to learn he'd already selected his seat in Club View. Initially presumed that as it was club view they had a different window, but then saw that club view was able to be purchased as normal this morning. So would seem staff and associates got to select their seats before Thursday at the very least.

I qualify for the first group but waiting for the tranche 2 so can sit in a group, keeping an eye on sales

I guess the unknown is how many people will be trying in tranche 2 as it goes from 23 years to 19-23, plus people like me who are waiting for a later tranche

That doesn't explain why the system thought ordinary fans were staff and basically frustrated people's attempts at getting their preferred seats - utter on Everton's part.

I don't think this is Evertons issue, it is Ticket masters.

Good luck with that. Ticketmaster have f*cked on my concert tickets few times in the past but just say sorry it was technical fault blah blah blah
