What's the point in ticket office staff getting a season ticket anyway as they have to work till about half time on a match day anyway? And aren't they clamping down on people giving tickets to other people to use

they may get
to see the good half?

I don’t necessarily. I understand that as employees of the club then that’s a benefit bestowed on them. I’m sure that there isn’t enough of them to make a difference in us regular fans getting the tickets we want.

The system being set up to allow them to buy their tickets affected me getting the tickets I wanted.
Not really their fault mind.

I think that a bit of transparency would have been welcomed. I wouldn't have stressed so much about getting the seat I desperately wanted had I known there was absolutely no chance of me getting it due to a priority band that was completely unknown to the general public.

That I agree with. It should never be at the expense of fans who pay their hard earned cash every year. If a ‘staff priority’ band was to be implemented then we should have been made aware so we could factor that in.
I do fully expect that staff members get tickets and I understand that. The way it has happened isn’t ideal.

I can't help but think that had people not recieved the message about staff tickets, then nothing would ever had been known. Which is, I expect the outcome that they had wished for.

It would have perhaps helped me to get some sleep last night and not have aged me ten years in about half an hour this morning, if I had known.

Stewards dont get tickets. Its only a certain level of staff, kit men, club electrician etc

You could argue that the hotdog sellers have delivered more of what was asked of them than those at the very top on an exponentially larger salary.

There haven't got any hotdogs available at Goodison, all bloody pies when I try. Therefore they are more evil than Kenwright to me!!!
