We made a virtue of Goodison - because we had to. Naturally, it is the holy shrine of Evertonianism, but it's also dilapidated, out-of-date, no longer fit-for-purpose, and a constraint on our necessary growth as a club. It's like insisting, as a 52-year-old man, to have the same spiky hair you had in your teens...even though you barely have any hair left to play with at this point.Cannot wait to move, myself and my son are so excited its like bloody Christmas looking at the latest videos of Bramley Moore. If people still want to stay at Goodsion as a few guys I have spoke to dont want to move, I will just add a photo of my sons seat vs Villa on 15th Jan![]()
The view from the back of the Soth Stand then. Spectacular.![]()
He's done a whole interview with Christopher Ward (Everton sponsors)Noticed Meiss has taken all imagery of the stadium off his socials.
Was that a stadium description or team? It fits both to be fair...but it's also dilapidated, out-of-date, no longer fit-for-purpose, and a constraint on our necessary growth as a club.
With the way we were playing for the last few years people would pay extra to sit behind a pillar.Cannot wait to move, myself and my son are so excited its like bloody Christmas looking at the latest videos of Bramley Moore.
