New Everton Stadium

This whole thing about not issuing cards is absolute disgrace. There's many older members of the fanbase who will absolutely not be able to handle virtual tickets on their phone. That's without even mentioning disabled people. If Everton in the community don't do something or at least speak up about this then they will have utterly failed a huge chuck of the fanbase. Sort it out Everton ffs.
Agree i am not hopeful we will get them speaking out imo, will be something for disabled people but can see them leaving others as you have said older fanbase who dont have smart phones will most likely be left to deal with it

I've mentioned it before but I hope we see new bus routes sorted soon. Again this is a major issue for older and disabled fans and both the club/council will have failed them if they don't do a good job on it.
Think will be a park and ride option sure have read doing somewhere in bootle, also the physical ticket is a league thing all agreed to it. Is for the club get more money on resale tickets. Imo should be able to pay extra to get a number of transfers to freinds and family on your approved list thru the season

I thought they'd have a decent Pale ale on at the very least.
The list of Budweiser beers mentioned Camden Hells so I assume they've got the other Camden beers too? Not a big fan of the Camden Pale but I did have the Camden Off Menu IPA in London a couple of times (and found it in Manchester last week) and liked it.

But based on other events that have Camden, it'll be the regular Camden Pale if at all

Why do they have to make this so 'kin hard though. Just issue physical cards to those that want it ffs. It costs literal pennies and its hardly going to make or break the environment is it? I'd go so far as to say not at least offering them is borderline discrimination again the elderly and disabled.
It’s the premier league forcing the requirement isn’t it, not Everton so much.

All tickets at all games have to be digital. Promoted teams get a year or two to sort themselves out but it will end up in all 4 divisions before too long.

Hate it myself personally.

I like the cards for ease of passing about if I can’t make the match and I’ve collected every one I’ve had with my kids, along with pops old season ticket books.

Another element of modern life that is worse, like contactless currency.

That's going to be a lot of work and and a lot of time.
Well, no-one actually knows what the real issue is (if there is one) and the extent of it. 🤷‍♂️

No point worrying about it. LoR are contractually obliged to correct any defects and I very much doubt there is anything that will impact the opening of the stadium next season.

Sounds like some of you would be better off going to the local farmers market rather than the footy.
