He said they were conscious of how much brown field land there was to the south of the stadium. Peel got £56m off the government to get that area development ready, interesting times.

Bugger, thought for a minute there buying Nelson dock would give us the clocktower.

I wonder if having all this new regeneration there may be a consideration for a new, ferry landing up towards the stadium? Have 2 on the Wirral side, so why not, especially for match days, stadium concerts, general tourism once it's all redeveloped?

This is what a big club does should always be looking to improve grow as a club. Really hope we can do something just perfect time to really start something down there with the everton brand all over it.

That's quite surprising as we haven't got the safety cert. yet . But yes it's mentioned on tha app. No draught though and drinks will be decanted into plastic cups. :pint2:

Big clubs would have had that land sewn up years ago, typical us doing everything in an amateurish way.
