Colin Chong interview just now on SSN was interesting. Nothing massively new but confirming the desire to buy up surrounding land for things like hotels, bars etc, consideration for the women's team at Goodison instead of the original project to redevelop the land & also potential Finch Farm work too. Also confirming that his role in the future is heading up all these projects.

Yeah he mentioned possibly developing beyond Nelson Dock and over the road too. It'll be brilliant down there if the Friedkin's get their way.

He said they were conscious of how much brown field land there was to the south of the stadium. Peel got £56m off the government to get that area development ready, interesting times.

Bugger, thought for a minute there buying Nelson dock would give us the clocktower.

I wonder if having all this new regeneration there may be a consideration for a new, ferry landing up towards the stadium? Have 2 on the Wirral side, so why not, especially for match days, stadium concerts, general tourism once it's all redeveloped?

That's quite surprising as we haven't got the safety cert. yet . But yes it's mentioned on tha app. No draught though and drinks will be decanted into plastic cups.
