Colin Chong interview just now on SSN was interesting. Nothing massively new but confirming the desire to buy up surrounding land for things like hotels, bars etc, consideration for the women's team at Goodison instead of the original project to redevelop the land & also potential Finch Farm work too. Also confirming that his role in the future is heading up all these projects.

Glad to hear TFG are keeping him on and he's agreed that kind of role with the club. In a good safe pair of hands for those future projects

Alcohol is being served at the 2nd test event, it says on efc website, draught pumps are not yet operational and alcoholic drinks will be decanted into plastic cups.

Also pre match entertainment in the plaza with a stage, big screen, live music and interviews.

Should be a decent day. Can't wait to see what the stadium is like close up

Correct, AJ Bell Trustees are the scheme administrators for AJ Bell SIPPs and SSASs. All it'll be is someone holding a commercial property within their pension with AJ Bell.
