The plot of land next to the entrance to Terry's is currently a dodgy second hand car place. As far as I know Terry’s Timber is staying where it is and the marquee is on the car sales plot

I can see town and a few unsavoury bars along the dock road being a preference. Plus there is a Chinese buffet near the ground, nobody is going to pay £10 for a tent burger.

Leaving aside Gaddafi's tent across the road for a second, I hear about all these pub crawls and sampling of cafe culture that the 'active travellers' of Everton FC are going to embark upon to make the hike to the stadium manageable in piecemeal bites.

That has to be a concern to Everton FC who are factoring in match day services like that into their profit margins.

The whole thing looks barmy to me.
