Was speaking to a property developer I know who is planning to build apartments down by the docks on Peel's land and he's confirmed that Everton have bought a plot of land for 30 million, he's not sure exactly which plot but he's knows they've paid 30 million for a big plot of land. Seems the ball is well and truly rolling on this one! Fingers crossed it all comes off with success!

Nope, if you go back through the thread a couple of months ago, Esk and another poster were saying the site was Sandon Dock if I remember rightly and that was the one next to the sewage plant.

I have never suggested Sandon dock, I've only ever referenced BM or Clarence Dock plus Kings Dock.

Hey @The Esk do you know if the club plan to announce something soon as to what the progress is ? From what I am reading the process is quite far down the road and wondered if the club is ready to go public.

I think I read someone say an announcement this Thursday ?
