New Everton Stadium

Nope, if you go back through the thread a couple of months ago, Esk and another poster were saying the site was Sandon Dock if I remember rightly and that was the one next to the sewage plant.

Bramley Moore and Clarence Docks are further into the City Center, situated around the tobacco warehouse.

Bramley Moore Docks are the northern most point of the Peel development. They are adjacent to the United utilities plant works. The stadium will be the first thing that is seen of the new liverpool skyline when boats are coming in. It will bookend the whole development.

Hey @The Esk do you know if the club plan to announce something soon as to what the progress is ? From what I am reading the process is quite far down the road and wondered if the club is ready to go public.

I think I read someone say an announcement this Thursday ?

Cheers

I've always assumed the announcement would occur after the window has closed, I have no specific knowledge of it being Thursday (that's not to say the source is wrong as I do not know the person)

So your mate is well in with peel then ?
He's currently doing business with him & his associates, & has been enquiring about sites & just bought land to develop property.

Dunno if that's consists as being in with him but he was made aware that Everton had bought land for 30 million in the area, he was made aware of the plans for the area etc as a sort of sales pitch as to why it would be in his benefit developing property on Peel land in that area.
