Back on topic, having a new stadium on the waterfront seems almost too good to be true, so hope it all works out.
From the word on the street everything appears to be going great, which is so un-Everton its unreal.

Logic prevails that if we are spending £20m on buying land, we have an almost cast-iron guarantee that we can go ahead and build on it. You don't lay out that much cash only to then do preliminary research into the feasibility.
So one can assume that if/when the land purchase is announced, so should early plans for the ground itself.

Getting to the riverfront won't be quite as easy as getting to Goodison for me and plenty of others come who down the M62/A580, but the thought of watching our glorious club host footie in a state-of-the-art gin palace with the Royal Blue Mersey as the backdrop is a scenario I'm really looking forward to.
