Im sure there was an earlier itinerary of that stadium summit on this website a few weeks ago showing us as attending but only for modernising Goodison. This has obviously been updated with our new plans....im certain ive seen the earlier version somewhere on here. If someone could find it, it would prove our plans have moved on somewhat...

I thought exactly this. It was definitely for the Goodison development work - because I remember being underwhelmed when I read that. I'm pretty sure it had the 39-whatever thousand capacity for Goodison then, too.

It's only been partially updated, though, hence the 'Goodison Park' still in there.

A lovely vision my man, very agreeable. The new stadium should definitely feature complimentary matchday hookers, laid on by Moshi, what with the dock area scenario.
