Sorry, don't follow. They are 2 different areas. The former is the same distance from town as Boundary Street and the latter about the same distance as St Anthony's church on Scotland Road. A half mile or so in distance.

That would require filling in a dock wouldn't it? That might explain why we might have got it so cheap and being next to Sandon Dock.

Yeah, would require filling in.

We haven't really got it cheap, we have paid over the generally accepted £/acre valuation on Liverpool land, though relatively, for what it will mean to us, cheap at twice the price.

I mean you would have thought so yeah. Be typical though if we get some amazing new stadium but no one ever wants to go because it smells like poo

It really doesn't matter, we'd have only wasted the money anyway. This is the biggest thing to happen to our club for over 100 years and we have to get it right......

I work for a company that builds sewage treatment works and you can rarely smell anything when you are on the site it self unless you are up close to certain areas of the works, and even then it's quite mild.. UU will have a responsibility that no Odour effects surrounding areas and if it does they will have to do something about it.. Can't see it being a problem

I worked by one in Chester and it f00king stunk and so did my clothes for days.
