We haven't really got it cheap, we have paid over the generally accepted £/acre valuation on Liverpool land, though relatively, for what it will mean to us, cheap at twice the price.

It really doesn't matter, we'd have only wasted the money anyway. This is the biggest thing to happen to our club for over 100 years and we have to get it right......
 
If it's next to a sewage plant is it going to absolutely stink the whole time?

I work for a company that builds sewage treatment works and you can rarely smell anything when you are on the site it self unless you are up close to certain areas of the works, and even then it's quite mild.. UU will have a responsibility that no Odour effects surrounding areas and if it does they will have to do something about it.. Can't see it being a problem

I worked by one in Chester and it f00king stunk and so did my clothes for days.
