Really? Your heads well fell off here pal. Off topic slightly, but do you think we're weaker now than in early May?

Anyway, you have to have an appreciation that we are talking about two massively seperate business processes here. With one, we were talking to a second party who were willing to do business at an agreeable rate that was mutually beneficial. The other, well, we weren't.

To be honest, rail seating has absolutely nothing in common with terracing, and the sooner any relationship is broken, the better.

I've just been having dinner with my flatmates.

One of them told me how a family friend told her family in passing about Everton's new dock stadium and part of the dock needing to be filled in. This family friend is involved in financing in some way.

She knows nothing about football, Everton or the city of Liverpool so couldn't make it up.

I'll believe it is actually happening when I am sat in my seat and the first match has kicked off.

Based on what Chris said does it sound self contained to you? Who buys a plot of land next to sewage treatment factory to cater for up to 50k corporate and customer based clientele?

If there was anyone who would do such a thing, it's Everton. The fact this waterfront site is within smelling distance of a sewage works has me convinced that the new stadium is happening, and that this is where it will be.
