Ted, I stand by everything I've previously said on the subject of the stadium and land purchase.
 
For me, Moshiris supposed ambition for Everton has yet to convince. The more i think about our business this summer the more pessimistic I become. Still believe we invested in Walsh and Koeman because they are known to do well on a budget. We spent the Stones money and nothing else this summer, still doesn´t sit well with me that.
Hope I´m wrong.

Now I know you're a gent so I thank you for your response. But can you remind what your standpoint actually is. I know you have taken a bit of flak over some of your news and that is what it is. But excuse me I have to be honest I find some of your snippets a bit ambiguous, such as Mourinho's people "approached us". SO forgive me, but what do you actualy think is happening in theis supposed new stadium's case.

What's ambiguous about Jose's people approached us? His people enquired as to whether or not we would have an interest in employing Jose. We did not approach him first.

On the stadium, there are currently 3 design models sitting in a board room in London all fitting of the description "the best club stadium in the country".

I and others have previously been informed that the Bramley Moore Dock and surrounding lands (no greater description than that) have been acquired on or around 18th August.

There have been comments that we in conjunction with other partners, have looked at acquisition of land further south probably Clarence dock for the development of the so called ' football quarter'.

I can't be any clearer than that.

If all that comes to fruition I will bow down before Lord Farhad and do the necessary penitence for my sin of unbelief.

Well thank you. ON the Jose thing yes I found the term itself to be ambiguous, but if you explain it athat way, then that's fine and makes it much clearer.

But on the stadium, you're saying you've been informed that Everton FC, or BLue Hevan holdings have acquired the land in question? Because if that is what you're saying then that makes it much clearer.

I could see some thing like that, eating places, drinking places, few shops some thing like part of Albert Dock taking place. Partners would be on board I think in terms of co development and co dividends.
