New Everton Stadium

I've not read anything about that and I sit in the family enclosure now and there are families close to me were everyone is over 20 minimum. I've gone in the family stand again with my lad who is 15 and have not seen anything about being removed in a few years due to age restrictions?
I have not seen anything myself however,

The new terms and conditions on the efc website for 2025/26 say this:

3.4 Family Enclosure Season Tickets are eligible for family groups comprising of at least one Kid or Junior and one Adult per group and a maximum of two Adults to one Kid or Junior in the group.

If there is a reported 10k tickets for general sale at BMD then I can see them being more proactive in maintaining it as a family enclosure moving forward.

Probably too difficult to enforce at Goodison but would be easier at BMD. I believe the club are contacting people who have bought for 2025/26 who are not eligible to be there, so they are enforcing the rules.

It would be hard to sell as a family enclosure in the future if everyone stays in the same seats when no longer eligible.

Just my opinion of the T&Cs, nothing confirmed by the club yet.

Does anyone know if there will be a third test event/friendly at full capacity?
I read a couple of weeks ago that there will be a full capacity test event but I've looked everywhere and can't find it. I read it on something official either from Everton or the safety people, I can't remember where, but I mean I didn't read it from someone who had made it up.
But anyway, I just found this from Kieth Wyness the ex CEO and he talks about the test events and the 3rd one being full capacity, I would imagine he would more than likely be correct, he mentions it from 2:40

Anyone who's already purchased can get to the page that shows how many left in each section. There are hundreds in the North stand especially Upper level and in the corners as you would expect. Plenty in the Family sections too . I reckon at least 9 -10,000 in total . Nothing left on the sides or Lower South that I can see.

If you are worried about bad seats. Let me have yours. Plenty want a season ticket and won't compalin about a "bad seat"

Honestly some people never happy. Plenty would love to be in your place.

Poor Wording on my part there - of course I'm extremely happy to get any seat at all.

I think it's fair to say given free reign I wouldn't choose the back row of any stand, and not many would - but yeah, of course any seat is great in the bigger picture

There are tons of seats left in the Family Stand, so what will they do when everyone has had their pick of the Season Tickets? No reason to suspect that they will be able to sell that area out, so will they just have to hope they can sell them on a match-by-match basis to families? Worth adopting a kid if you're on the waiting list, might be some season tickets going spare for anyone who can put a family group together.

To be honest I'm not sure why they made a secluded family stand, one in which you can't meet other people in the ground?

Ridiculous imo. Like a jarg boys pen.

I'm sure it will be great buddy. Will depend on the people around you, at Goodison we had some nice people around us, I'm sure it will be the same all over. I prefer chatty people as oppose to those that don't want to speak. But as long as they say hello that's cool too

Where there many STH eligible today? Pretty sure those with 1 year would have been very low numbers. I don’t think many became available this time last year. I reckon the bigger demand will come next week.
I'd expect a lot to go next week. The lad next to me at goodison has 23 years. He's buying next week as his two sons are eligible for a season ticket now. His dad is buying with them as well.
I'd imagine there will be loads more in a similar position to them as well.
