Talking about this https://www.evertonfc.com/fanwallAh, "fan wall" is what they all it now, is it?
Cute.
Surely part of the fun is going to find your stone? Some of you were definitely a nightmare at Christmas for your parents.

That's the level it's sinking / sunk down to.
Unless you're going to tell me this season has been vintage?
The reality is it's been drab and a bang average Liverpool tram are going to romp it on a lot less points than City in their pomp were capable of.
Let's not talk nonsense just because Liverpool are going to win it. Winning the league will always be a far bigger and more prestigious achievement than winning the Carabao cup. It is not even remotely comparable. That's why ticket prices are so much cheaper for the Carabao cup games, attendances smaller and many teams often field second string players in it.
We didn’t manage to get one until just before Christmas, are there still loads to put down? I started looking at the video but then assumed ours won’t be down yet as we bought so late?I was wondering about what they’ll actually send us, and after thinking about the logistics, I’m not convinced that it’ll be precise coordinates of our stone, just what section it’s in… I think it’d slow the process down quite a lot if every single stone had to be in a precise location.
I noticed some of the stones had writing on the side that said something like “Legend 10” - as it it just needs to be near the 10th legend stone.
I think the white stones are likely specifically located, and there may be rules about where the large stones need to go - but the rest just fill gaps. It’s only towards the end of any given section where they’ll need to make sure everything fits.
I must agree with Dave on this, yes of course the league is still far more prestigious trophy but surely anyone can see the actual standard of the top 4 has dropped like a stone this season, Man City who have dominated the last five years have been unrecognizable for most of this season. Arsenal have been awful and for the large part rely on corners to win games. Chelsea are rebuilding and totally inconsistent, the actual standard of football has not been anywhere near as good as in previous years.
I may be wrong here, however it was explained to me that they've been delivered in batches (on a pallet), and packed on the pallet in a relatively specific order.I was wondering about what they’ll actually send us, and after thinking about the logistics, I’m not convinced that it’ll be precise coordinates of our stone, just what section it’s in… I think it’d slow the process down quite a lot if every single stone had to be in a precise location.

There’s not a lot left to go down, no. Maybe 5 - 10% at most?We didn’t manage to get one until just before Christmas, are there still loads to put down? I started looking at the video but then assumed ours won’t be down yet as we bought so late?
Relative quality of teams will rise and fall continually.... however, that will never make winning the Carabao Cup the equivalent of winning the premier league. After all, those same teams are competing in the same Carabao cup, except they're usually even lesser quality versions of those teams.
They are furious no doubt about it, They could win the PL the CL both domestic cups the world club championship , have a player win the ballon d'or with others coming 2nd and 3rd another player win the Puskas with others coming 2nd and 3rd, Golden boot, golden gloves you name any award they could win it all, but if Everton finished 8th and our fans were happy about qualifying for the conference league their whole season would be ruined. The stadium is lovely and all and will be an entirely different match day experience for fans and raise our profile, but it is just a means to an end, with that end objective of us being more competitive on the field, and eventually winning trophies. The RS already at that stage unfortunately, so whilst I am sure they would have rather us stayed in our place and stayed at Goodison, and I am sure they’re uncomfortable with us moving to a new stadium as they don’t know what effect it has, anyone who thinks they’re fuming about it when their about to the win the league in my opinion, are kidding themselves.
