The club will pay the council 14mill a year for the site for 40 years = 560mill over that time.

I haven't seen anything yet that states that the council is agreeing to lend us money. Besides the "PM" where is this coming from?

The council will benefit from an annual security fee payable by the Club in return for the council’s participation. The support provided to the Club will not impact the future borrowing needs and involves no financial outlay for the council.

I'm not sure if that is saying they are lending us the money or if we pay them an annual security fee to secure the planning rights for the site or something like that?

I'm underwhelmed and I don't know why.

Know what you mean, I wanted the stadium to suddenly appear out of nowhere and make the plopping down noise like when you built something in SimCity.

it is vital we have clarity on cost and we have to recognise that the stadium will be significantly more expensive at Bramley Moore Dock. To get that certainty, and ensure the stadium is affordable, we need to confirm stadium design, capacity and configuration.

So obviously we don't know what the final cost of building the stadium is going to be yet?

The council will receive a security fee of approx £4.4m per year for acting, in effect, as guarantors for the finance
