I've got a PS2 and I'm looking to pick up a football game. Should I get FIFA10 for $30 or just pick up a used older version of FIFA or PES? I can get PES2009 for $20.

Top priority is realistic game play.
 
Pro Evo fans will say Pro Evo and Fifa fans will say Fifa.

I cant judge, I only play them on the PC, so its difficult to judge, im hearing the Pro Evo demo was utter garbage this year tho.

operation flashpoint , i liked the look of this game , but the online says 32 players but only 4 per side can be human controlled apparently ! so im undecided wether to get it or not.

i watched a vid last night saying it takes 9 hours to walk across the map , 4 hours by car , 20 minutes by chopper.

The multiplayer numbers are 16vs16 on PC and 4vs4 + 3 AI per person on consoles

Yeah, but you have to create you're own competition.

You only have the leagues and domestic cups for that league.

Pro has them, under different names of course but also official Europa League and Champions League tournaments as well as the international cups under different names (Konami Cup, League Cup, Asia Cup etc).

How mate? I have gone to create new competition but only appear to get club sides. Am i doing something wrong?
 

Ordered Fifa today for £20.

First time I've owned Fifa since 97.

What made the decision for me was the last Pro Evo (Lescott isn't right footed FFS and Neville isn't faster than Pienaar.....), and the straw that broke the camels back was Pro Evos new Liverpool connection.
