Club would’ve seen their comments and thought they need to act upon it.

Most people who complained about stub hub probably never used it and just jumped on a bandwagon, such is the way of the world these days.

Terrible decision to keep all this in house. There was nothing wrong with the stub hub system.

Whoever has designed the in-house system will have sold Everton on the idea that they can effectively flog the same seat twice by only refunding ST holders in Disney Dollars, perhaps unaware that this is a club which struggles enough when sticking to what it supposedly knows.

As @mickefc said, the club have said as long as the ID matches the Covid pass it’s fine.

Just recieved an email from StubHub a mini segment basically outlines they no longer trade in the UK.

'We recently informed you that, as a result of the separation between StubHub and eBay, eBay S.à r.l. will no longer be processing sales transactions on the European and UK StubHub websites after July 1st, 2021.'

Could be another mitigating circumstance for Evertons in house attempts [which clearly needs working going off its terms]
 

Spent the last 3 hours jumping from 76 to 32 in the Queue for EFC Fan Services.

Was hoping to offer season ticket out free of charge for Saturday but unfortunately seat will be empty as EFC fail to offer transferable digital ticket, failed to deliver hard copy in time & fan services inundated with requests.

same here, last minute change and cant go, another empty ST seat as system says I have no tickets available to sell! Very frustrating.
 
Another one the Fans Forum should be raising.
Seems a number of fans are out of pocket and could have sold them or gifted them and we had unnecessary empty seats

This was always going to be the case.

Shame.

It wont be as bad when they get the resale platform going - but, there will be more empty seats than before because there's no cheap tickets anymore.
 
When does the resale platform start? I hope it allows fans to sell there seats well in advance and not just the next fixture. I only get to go a couple of times a year and it involves booking hotels etc

Mine, for example. No chance I was going with the COVID restrictions, wasn't spending money on a 'day out' that would have felt like a day at the dentist.

But Goodison was 'sold out' regardless. All the empty seats spoke volumes - Everton, as per usual, screwed up.
