The Liver Buildings on Sunday night ...
Everton supporters might have noticed a familiar sight beamed around Liverpool city centre on Sunday night.

An image of Archibald Leitch’s iconic architecture at Goodison Park was projected onto three famous Liverpool locations on Sunday evening to signal to Blues’ fans that the club’s 2016/17 home kit, designed exclusively by Umbro, will be revealed soon.

The club projected the famed criss-cross design visible on the Bullens Road stand along with the co-ordinates of the ‘Grand Old Lady’ onto the Albert Dock, Liver Buildings and Pier Head, which is the inspiration for Everton’s 2016/17 home kit design and campaign.

In anticipation of the unveiling later this week, the Club has also released a teaser image of the actual shirt, which pays homage to Leitch’s design.

The Blues’ new home strip will be officially unveiled at 7am on Thursday 12 May.

Supporters can pre-order the new kit from Everton One, Everton Two and the Toffee Shop at Goodison Park, when the Blues take on Norwich on the last day of the season, before it goes on sale on Saturday 4 June both in store and online.

The 2015/16 home kit will again be available in a range of baby sizes and also women’s sizes (8-18).

Last season Everton and retail partner Kitbag launched a Click and Collect service that offers a more convenient collection method for supporters who order merchandise online.

As well as still being able to collect their purchases from Everton One and Everton Two, supporters are able to pick up their parcels from any of the 5,000 Hermes Click and Collection partner sites throughout the UK. Fully expecting the new kit to be an upgrade on the last 2 seasons which have proven to have massive holes at the back. The home kit also had a most unpleasant yellow streak in it.

Rumours that the new kit will be woven with Dutch fabric are yet unfounded.

Crap with uploading pictures.

Can someone find the picture of Alan Ball in the home kit from 1970 but we had yellow socks? I reckon that'll be the kit with cross hatch design from the bullens incorporated somewhere.
