They're all open air. The on field temps will be hot. Obviously the correct answer was not to have it in Qatar but the second thing to do is have all domes that are actually climate controlled.

So many of the conditions they promised they reneged on.

The stadiums is one too, they were supposedly meant to agree to having stadiums sunken down to remove the heat risk, and that was almost cancelled immediately.

You can’t expect a country to change its laws for a month for football, but having a nation which has used slaves, won’t allow homosexuality, judges relationships where not married and you can’t drink, basically means there should never have been a World Cup in Qatar.

Yep it's obviously totally corrupt. In a world where they bid completely honestly and still won you'd have to accept it but you've laid out why that could have never happened. The vote should have been redone the second they went back on being able to host in the summer because that changes the whole bid but it wasn't because it's corrupt.

Each venue is powered by solar panel farms, and most have retractable roofs, and air cooling systems.
