When you have to air condition a football stadium or eight, it’s probably a reasonable indication that you’ve picked the wrong place for it (and the tournament for which those stadia have been built).
Then there’s the small issue of that country’s ‘politics’ in respect of human rights, EDI, etc. But y’know, at least you can sit in a cool stadium to ponder it all…
