Moyes took over West Ham in a relegation fight and finished 6th, 7th, 9th in 3 of his 4 full seasons.

To suggest that he spends much time in the bottom half of the league and act like he's a relegation scrapper like Dyche is an opinion not backed up back facts, people proving they don't know football.

If you don't want Moyes cause you don't like him or don't like his football i get that but there's no factual evidence it's more of the same as Dyche, Moyes finishes in the top half of the league basically 4 out of 5 seasons over nearly 2 decades.

Go and look at the West Ham squad Moyes inherited compare to the one he just left, night and day.

He also sent the best team in the country into a downward spiral and took Sunderland down after being hired to keep them up.

I think if Moyes had exactly the same CV but the name "Everton" on it was Southampton/Brentford ect everyone would be saying he's proven he can get struggling teams out of trouble and build them into an team that's regularly finishing in the top 10 and he just did it again at West Ham and he would be a good appointment to stablise the club for 2/3 seasons until someone else could progress it to the next level.

West Ham were also heading for relegation before the lockdown. The break helped him stabilise them and keep them up. Then he built his team.

One is a consistent winner. Ones biggest achievement is avoiding relegation....
Forming a team based off a solid defence isn't an issue, being unable to offer anything going forward is...

Mourinho was one of the best tacticians at his peak. Not some chancer who pumps long balls upfield and hopes to win second balls.
