Mourinho not contacted over Everton job​

Jose Mourinho has received no contact from Everton, Sky Sports News understands.

The Toffees are searching for a new manager after Sean Dyche was sacked by the Premier League club.

Fenerbahce boss Mourinho was the bookmakers' favourite to replace Dyche before his departure.

Everton are owned by The Friedkin Group, who sacked Mourinho in January last year at Roma.

Former boss David Moyes is also one of the bookies’ favourites.

In October 2024, Mourinho told Sky Sports he would never manage a club in a relegation battle.
