Agree but for me is all about the length of his contract, on a 1.5 / 2 year deal. Then with a plan to get a new manager after that,

Because it would be a succession plan. He'd be there for three years and then Carsley would take over. Lee is not daft enough to think he is ready for a top job yet at this level.

3 years of Moyes..... Carsley wouldn't take an assistant manager job for 3 years. If there is any truth in it, it would be Moyes for 6 months and then Carsley.

Moyes isn’t taking a 6 month contract. He deserves better than that to be honest. Elsewhere like not here. But giving him 6 months is basically telling him we don’t really rate you sorry.

If it’s him it’ll be 2 and half years I reckon.
