Rooney sacked.
Please don't bring a blue home.
I can't believe they have done that, no one else will do any better with those players

They were truly awful under him and he's not professional enough to be a manager.I can't believe they have done that, no one else will do any better with those players

I like him but you can't have your manager being in the news constantly for off the field nonsense.
You could also say that the immediate challenge is to improve our attack and secure Prem safety. It is my view that if those reasonable short term objectives are achieved, we are very attractive club for any manager who is ambitious and can see that all of the ingredients required to deliver improvement and support are in place.I am not underselling us.
But mid-season, with a very poor selection of players, very limited finances, we're not exactly a good project are we?
In the summer when FFP loosens and we've got a host of players departing, to really allow a total rebuild is entirely different. Just think right now is a struggle.
3 wins since august doesn’t matter if the 3 teams below are on zero points that’s still unacceptable, kewnrights really done a number on some fans if they think it isWe have a manager - he's the one who's managed us to just 3 losses since the 21st September.
Can you imagine what the reaction would be elsewhere if we got shut of him...and what any incoming manager would feel he had to do to keep the pitchforkers at bay?
Sometimes you have to step back and see the bigger picture.
Stats work both ways boss - it’s also just 3 wins since the date you mentioned. We have a manager - he's the one who's managed us to just 3 losses since the 21st September.

I’d imagine the new manager would think he’d have to win more than three in 18, be considerably more than 2 points above the newly promoted dross, score in more games than what is it now 2 in 9?We have a manager - he's the one who's managed us to just 3 losses since the 21st September.

4 wins in 23 games? Sounds perfect for new Everton.Rooney sacked.

Go over his full tenure as well please, instead of a cherry picked date - tell me and yourself that it’s anywhere close to good enough…. I’ll wait.

Six points from the last five fixtures even is actually ok looking at the teams we played (Forest are good right now) but what came before was unacceptable. Losing to that joke of a Southampton team was the final straw.
3 wins since August, Dave
i thought in the summer we were supposed to have improved the squad from last year slightly and got rid of a bit of dead wood ?This is Everton FC in the worst years of its history. This isn't Everton under Koeman, Silva or even Moyes and Martinez where cash was there to spend.
You cant judge a manager who's had a negative net spend since arriving of £67M by any criteria the above were judged on.
This season we've taken points from 11 of the 18 games we've played in. That's a very good return from the squad of players Dyche has been handed.
Do you think someone else will come in here and FOR SURE get us to 38-40 points and safety? I know and you know Dyche can do that for sure...because he's proven he can.
No change at the top for me. If TFG panicked and got shut of him before the end of the season they'd pay a massive price.
