Welcome to the forum. Looking forward to hear the tales of Everton past. ;)

Cup win in 1966. Managed to get a ticket for the fourth round tie away at Bedford Town. We had one end of the ground. Face forward and you're looking at the pitch. Face back, and you're looking at fields and fields with cows and sheep in them.
Second replay against Man City, played at Molyneux. I was determined to go to that match, so when I got out of school (Cardinal Allen) I got the bus into town, got one of the football specials, and stood in the Everton end in my school uniform with my satchel on my back for the whole game! Looking back, I must have been a nutter! Got back to Lime Street, jumped a taxi home, got my mum up around 3 in the morning and told her to pay the taxi! Mad times!!!

Right boys.

As I have BMG on ignore I've no idea what you've on about so leave the nice man's welcome thread alone.
I'm absolutely heartbroken that all of the posts I dedicated to you are left unread, you ginger harlot.
But if I'm honest, I think I will return the favour as I have no interest in pictures of foxes in snow and diabetes inducing american food. Youre quite a lot boring now I think about it.

Hobbies? Well, as an 18 year-old in 1969 I started playing in bands in the city centre. Did the long hair, heavy rock and big Marshall stack thing. Later moved on to the cabaret circuit supporting TV artists. Still gigging today in a blues band. Other interest is World War 2 aviation (the 'other' side) - I won't bore you with the details.

Welcome. We love boring stories here, so don't hold back.
