'twas only a joke. On one of the guitar forums I frequent, the Yanks continually come up with these kind of stupid sayings! Haven't posted anything elsewhere yet, as I'm waiting for 'normal' football to begin again...

On the guitar forum I frequent most, put up a thread about a guitar in the general section and you might get one or two pages of replies over several days. Put up a thread about guns, and it's six or seven pages on the same day, with 'Hell yeah' and 'Murica for ever' and all that kind of thing! Rather amusing on one level, but disturbing on another, given the continual shootings of innocent people, and the wholesale massacres from time to time...
