definitely. Any neutral would of fell in love with Leicester this year for sure. Which other fan forums you posted on?
I haven't posted on any other forums yet. This is my first one. I'm going to watch some replays of games this weekend for all teams and make my pick.

Futbol Guy, just to make it easier for you. YouTube Tim Howard's Farewell speech and you'll the connection this club has to any it touches. I could draw a few comparisons between New England Area fans and Everton fan. Great Passion, love of team goes deep, but I'm from Miami, and cannot brag to much about New England Fans(especially Patriots) without feeling wrong somehow. Again, in defense of some here, ask a Red Sox fan to convince you to be a Red Sox fan, they'd probably respond with a few curse words. My advise, watch a game or two, follow some of the passionate shouts on GOT and make up your mind then.

If you want your weekends ruined from August to may, spend most of those months depressed and giving out, frustrated as your rivals win things , suffer bitter disappointment just when it looks like things are about to turn for the better then yes EVERTON is for you
It's not for everyone . But I wouldn't change it for the world

^^ This :)

Being an Evertonian prepares you for life - after years of crushing disappointment you'll be able to handle any disappointing situation that happens in your life. We wouldn't have it any other way. ;)

@DutchToffee So watch some games and see which team I like?
Word of warning, don't purchase either of the last 2 season DVD reviews, and the season prior (13/14) was based on a solid defence left by the manager prior. In fact, wait and see who we appoint before deciding on us.

On the positive side your mate will always be a Newcastle fan, so you'll always be able to laugh at your mate.

Thats probably the best way to go about. I'm from the United States as well... Wisconsin. My interest in Everton started because my favorite color is blue and I thought the club crest looked cool, of all things. So, I started casually getting into the Premier League and some of the Everton matches.

Ever since a 0-0 draw against Arsenal, things have never been the same for me. It's odd how it happens, but if Everton is right for you, you'll know it.

Best of luck.

Definitely a place to start if you aren't lucky enough to grow up with a club.

Equally, if not more important is learning about a club's history and ethos. Watching current/recent matches can be more about the specific team and that is not necessarily the same thing as the club.

Players/managers change. Clubs endure.
